Through various fundraisers throughout the year Lost Lake Elementary has raised more than $5,500 for this worthwhile cause. The various fundraisers held at Lost Lake included Hat Day, Jersey Day, Crazy Sock Day, a Dime a Day for a Cure and Jeans Week for the staff before the winter holiday and spring break. In addition staff members were able to purchase a parking spot for the school year.

The local organization gives 100 percent of all donations back to the community and is run by volunteers. For more information about GCCF, log on to www.gccf.us.
